The furnishings in our superior room were modern and well-maintained. But the air conditioning system was a bit noisy at times.
We experienced some noise from the air conditioning system.

Charming atmosphere and friendly service!
I had a delightful one-night stay in a Family Room, where the warm ambiance welcomed us right from check-in. The historical character of the hotel adds to the charm, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids! Just a note, an elevator would have made getting to our room easier.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable! ! It was great having a spacious area to unwind as a family after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but still acceptable.

I enjoyed the spacious Family Room at the Lodge Hotel. The staff made the check-in process smooth and were very accommodating. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. I appreciated the clean swimming pool, perfect for family activities. The historical charm of the hotel added a nice touch to our stay, and parking was convenient. However, the noise from large coaches in the front car park was quite disruptive. The breakfast area felt cramped, leading to potential safety issues. Additionally, there was confusion regarding our breakfast payment, which caused frustration. The outdated decor in the room needs refreshing for a better experience.

The seasonal salads really hit the spot, and the steak? Just divine! Plus, the bar area was a lively hangout with a great vibe. My pals and I sure enjoyed a few evenings there.
I reckon the bathrooms could use a makeover. walk-in showers would be a sweet upgrade! Dinner was a mixed bag—my duck was a tad soggy and the coffee wasn’t up to par.

Had a great time with friends! We took advantage of the gym and spa, which were fantastic. Also played golf at Galway Bay Golf Club, enjoying the beautiful views. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt really welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. Just be prepared for a few hiccups in the dining experience, but overall, it was a memorable trip.
The dinner service wasn't great. We faced delays in getting drinks and our dessert menu never arrived. This kind of service diminished our dining experience.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the Leisure Club with its kiddie's pool. My newborn loved splashing around, while I tried out some aerobics classes. The gym was well-equipped, providing a great way to stay active during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the car parking needs serious improvement, especially with kids in tow. It was quite a hassle navigating the potholes and rain puddles while carrying luggage.
